Our application support and filing service helps clients avoid the stress and difficulty that can come with navigating federal filing procedures. Our service simplifies the process of obtaining an EIN, saves time (a single-page application can be finished in as little as five minutes), and offers assistance to individuals who require it.  We established our company to streamline the application process and offer support throughout, allowing our clients more time to concentrate on growing their business. We recognize from experience that this can be a confusing procedure.

Filling out the SS-4 Form, which requests an EIN, on your own can be difficult and time-consuming. A Federal Tax ID number, also called an Employer Identification Number, is also known by the acronyms EIN, FEIN, and TIN. It is similar to a Social Security Number (SSN) in that it is used by the Internal Revenue Service to identify taxpayers. Every EIN has a unique nine-digit number allocated to it. Sole proprietors are only given one EIN, which is valid for life. In most cases, any of the following entity types—LLC, Corporation, Partnership, S-Corporation, Non-Profit Organization, Trust, Estate, etc.—must obtain an EIN in order to conduct business within the United States. After being issued by the IRS to a business, an entity's EIN becomes that business's permanent Federal Tax ID Number.

An "EIN Number" and a "Tax ID Number" are synonymous at the federal level.  It is significant to remember that every state has a tax ID number that differs from the federal tax ID number, or EIN.  There are no state-level EIN numbers; instead, an EIN is always issued at the federal level (also referred to as a FEIN, or Federal EIN).  

For a variety of reasons, taxable entities, non-profit organizations, and businesses all need an EIN. You will require an EIN if any of the following pertain to your company or organization:
  • Hiring Employees
  • Operate your business as a Corporation or Partnership
  • If you will file any of following tax returns: Employment, Excise or Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
  • Have a Keogh Plan
  • If you’re involved with any of the following organizations/entities:
    • Trusts (except certain grantor-owned revocable trusts)
    • Estates
    • Real Estate mortgage investment conduits
    • Non-profit organizations
    • Farmers’ cooperatives
    • Plan Administrators

Rush delivery orders placed during business hours will be completed in no more than an hour. We'll finish any other orders in one to two business days. After-hours orders will be fulfilled the next business day. Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

It happens. For example, a typical error is a typo in your email address. This is not a problem because we can update your email address and send your EIN to you right away. To request a copy of your EIN for any reason send us an email to support@ein-tax-number.com and in the subject line put “NEVER RECEIVED MY EIN”. Be sure to include your Transaction ID Number which will help us to identify your order in our system.

Our cost covers the use of our streamlined online form, filling out and editing your form, sending your application to the IRS electronically or through fax, and third-party designee representation services. The SS-4 Form and the EIN Confirmation Notification are free to download from the IRS website at irs.gov, thus we don't charge for these. Depending on the processing and delivery options you select, our service is subject to a one-time fee.

BILLING

Our standard processing package, which starts at $277 and takes 1-2 business days, includes a streamlined EIN application and a comprehensive application review by our team of experts before it is submitted to the IRS. We take care of any follow-up questions with the IRS directly on your behalf to ensure that your EIN order is completed.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We are an Authorize.net Verified Merchant. All payments are processed in a PCI-compliant secure environment.

You can get in touch with us for a complete refund if you use our service to make an order for a new Tax ID or EIN Number and our representatives are unable to obtain your EIN.

There are no refunds once we obtain your EIN from the IRS. Partial refunds may be issued, contingent on the amount of work our team has completed at the time of the cancellation/refund request.

Refunds often appear in your account 3-5 business days after being issued. However, depending on the bank or credit card issuer, this could take up to 10 days.

Please be aware that we will not be liable for any loss you incur from a payment method that is no longer valid, canceled, or ceases to function for any reason. This includes closures, cancellations, and limitations on the payment method's ability to function.

The application is not handled by our company if you do not finish the process by sending in a payment.

In order to provide an additional degree of security all information you provide is encrypted using SSL technology.

If you would like a refund, have any questions, or have problems about our service, please get in touch with us directly. You can contact our customer support representatives via phone or email.

It may longer than 20 days for the money to return to your account if you register a dispute with your bank directly. You will also need to fill out further paperwork. We respectfully ask that you cancel any disputes you have already made and get in touch with us directly to receive a refund.

Refunds are given out in compliance with our refund policy. Please refer to our Terms of Use for information on our refund policy.

On the other hand, if your card was lost or stolen and someone else used it to pay for a service on our website, please get in touch with your bank's fraud department so they can investigate.
