Our standard processing package, which starts at $277 and takes 1-2 business days, includes a streamlined EIN application and a comprehensive application review by our team of experts before it is submitted to the IRS. We take care of any follow-up questions with the IRS directly on your behalf to ensure that your EIN order is completed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We are an Authorize.net Verified Merchant. All payments are processed in a PCI-compliant secure environment.
Can I cancel my order?
You can get in touch with us for a complete refund if you use our service to make an order for a new Tax ID or EIN Number and our representatives are unable to obtain your EIN.
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds once we obtain your EIN from the IRS. Partial refunds may be issued, contingent on the amount of work our team has completed at the time of the cancellation/refund request.
How long does a refund take to process?
Refunds often appear in your account 3-5 business days after being issued. However, depending on the bank or credit card issuer, this could take up to 10 days.
Please be aware that we will not be liable for any loss you incur from a payment method that is no longer valid, canceled, or ceases to function for any reason. This includes closures, cancellations, and limitations on the payment method's ability to function.
If I don't submit payment what happens to my information?
The application is not handled by our company if you do not finish the process by sending in a payment.
In order to provide an additional degree of security all information you provide is encrypted using SSL technology.
Am I eligible for a refund if I dispute the transaction?
If you would like a refund, have any questions, or have problems about our service, please get in touch with us directly. You can contact our customer support representatives via phone or email.
It may longer than 20 days for the money to return to your account if you register a dispute with your bank directly. You will also need to fill out further paperwork. We respectfully ask that you cancel any disputes you have already made and get in touch with us directly to receive a refund.
Refunds are given out in compliance with our refund policy. Please refer to our Terms of Use for information on our refund policy.
On the other hand, if your card was lost or stolen and someone else used it to pay for a service on our website, please get in touch with your bank's fraud department so they can investigate.
